Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day HR operations and support the team
• Assist in hiring: posting jobs, shortlisting, and coordinating interviews
• Build and maintain healthy employee relationships
• Help maintain a positive work culture and engagement activities
• Track attendance, performance, and ensure smooth onboarding
• Collaborate with management to implement HR initiatives

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and people management skills
• Passion for creating a positive workplace culture
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work with teams
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
