Human Resources Intern

We are hiring for HR Intern. Internship Position - 4 The intern will be working on two projects:- 1.Project 1: Attrition analysis with the objective to analyze attrition trends within the organization and attrition comparison with industry competitors. Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: Attrition Analysis of our Organization Attrition Analysis of our Competitors Comparison Report of the Attrition 2.Project 2: Data mining & sourcing for Gujarat relationship managers with the objective to build a talent pipeline and source suitable candidates for Relationship Manager (RM) roles across Gujarat locations. Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: Research and identify potential sources of candidate data - job portals, LinkedIn, etc. Screen and shortlist profiles as per hiring requirements. Coordinate with the recruitment team to schedule interviews. Maintain sourcing tracker and candidate engagement reports. Assist in employer branding initiatives focused on the Gujarat market.
