IT HR Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  : Manage the recruitment lifecycle, with a focus on hiring top IT talent.

• Onboarding & Orientation

  : Oversee the onboarding process to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.

• Employee Engagement

  : Develop and implement programs to boost employee satisfaction and retention.

• Policy Management

  : Draft, update, and enforce HR policies aligned with the company’s vision.

• Performance Appraisals

  : Facilitate employee evaluations, goal setting, and feedback processes.

• Training & Development

  : Identify skill gaps and organize relevant training programs for career development.

• Compliance & Documentation

  : Ensure compliance with labor laws and manage employee records accurately.

• Conflict Resolution

  : Address employee grievances and mediate workplace disputes effectively.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in HR roles, preferably within the IT industry.
• Strong understanding of technical recruitment and IT industry practices.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in HR management software and tools.
• Sound knowledge of labor laws and employment regulations.
