Role Overview:

Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across international markets.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners.
• Generate leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, networking, and referrals.
• Present and promote IM24x7’s IT, web, and mobile solutions to potential clients.
• Negotiate deals, close sales, and achieve revenue targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
• Maintain a structured pipeline and provide regular sales updates and forecasts.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in

  Business Development / Sales

  within IT, Software, or Digital Services.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to generate leads and convert them independently.
• Strong LinkedIn presence and knowledge of online lead generation tools.
• Self-driven, disciplined, and result-oriented.
• Open to working with clients worldwide across different time zones.

Compensation:
