Human Resources Information System Consultant

As a Workday Functional Consultant at our Client, a top Software giant in India, you will play a crucial role in establishing a tier 2 team to support Workday functional needs. Your primary goal will be to provide additional build capacity for lower-complexity builds in specific domains with minimal oversight. To excel in this role, you will need the following mandatory skills: - Workday PRO certification in relevant tracks - Working understanding of integrations such as EIBs, Core Connectors, and Public APIs For HCM Requirements, you should have: - Understanding of foundational HCM principles including Business Processes, Reporting, Calculated Fields, Security, & Notifications - Demonstrated knowledge of various Workday features like Docs, letter templates, Questionnaire, Survey, Reference Letters, and custom alerts - Hands-on experience with Onboarding, Change Job, and Termination business processes - Ability to create Calculated Fields and Custom reports - Strong Understanding of building, maintaining, and interpreting Security Group Permissions - Providing recommendations to Tier 1 Team to fix incorrect transactions Regarding Time & Absence Requirements, your responsibilities will include: - Understanding foundational HCM principles related to Business Processes, Reporting, Calculated Fields, Security, & Notifications - Hands-on experience with time-off plan configuration, including complex accruals, carryovers, shadow plans, and touchpoints with leaves and time tracking - Experience with leave configuration, balance periods, cascading leaves, intermittent leaves, and eligibility rules - Familiarity with ancillary absence processes like automated leave return, balance adjustments, Sell Time Off, etc. - Expertise in Workday time-tracking configuration, time submissions, and work schedules - Experience in reporting using available Absence and Time Tracking data sources - Knowledge of Workday's API capabilities for the Absence and Time Tracking modules Join our Client's dynamic team in Bangalore (Hybrid) with 5+ years of experience and notice period ranging from immediate to 30 days.
