Human Resources Information System Consultant

As a candidate for the position, your role will involve developing and supporting integrations using various tools such as Workday SPOKE, Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, and Workday Web Services. You will be responsible for implementing secure and scalable APIs and middleware solutions. Additionally, troubleshooting integration issues and ensuring compliance with data security standards will be a key part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and support integrations using Workday SPOKE, Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, and Workday Web Services. - Implement secure, scalable APIs and middleware solutions. - Troubleshoot integration issues and ensure compliance with data security standards. Required Skills: - Strong experience with Workday integration tools and ServiceNow HRSD. - Expertise in Workday SPOKE for ServiceNow Integration Hub. - Proficiency in XML, XSLT, SOAP, REST APIs. - Familiarity with authentication protocols (OAuth, SAML). Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field. - 6+ years of Workday and HRSD integration experience and especially using Workday SPOKE. - Preferred: Certifications in Workday Integration or Studio.
