About The Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic HR Trainee to support our HR team in managing day-to-day operations across recruitment, employee engagement, and academic administration. This role is ideal for fresh graduates passionate about starting their career in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in recruitment activities – job posting, screening, and scheduling interviews.
Support onboarding & induction of new faculty and staff.
Maintain HR records, databases, and employee files.
Assist in organizing training, workshops, and engagement activities.
Provide support in payroll inputs and statutory compliance.
Coordinate with departments for smooth HR operations.

Eligibility

Graduate/post-graduate (preferably in HR, Management, or related fields).Strong communication & interpersonal skills.Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Eager to learn and grow in the HR field.
