Human Resources (HR) Internship

As an intern at Unessa Foundation, you will have the opportunity to gain real-world HR experience in the non-profit sector. You will play a crucial role in expanding Unessa's team, which drives social impact initiatives across education, empowerment, and environmental causes. ### Role Overview: You will be responsible for assisting in the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various roles and internship programs. Additionally, you will coordinate interviews, maintain candidate communication throughout the hiring cycle, and support the onboarding process of new interns and volunteers. Your role will also involve maintaining HR databases, attendance records, and internal communication updates, as well as helping to plan employee engagement and recognition activities for Unessa's growing volunteer and intern community.
