Job Description

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

Assist with the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Support the onboarding process by preparing new hire paperwork and facilitating orientation sessions.
Assist with employee relations by addressing employee questions and concerns and maintaining HR records.
Help coordinate training and development initiatives for employees at all levels of the organization.
Collaborate with HR team members on special projects and initiatives to enhance the employee experience.
Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries from employees.
Participate in HR meetings and gain exposure to various aspects of the HR function.
