Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include Put the organization’s talent and human resources strategy into action. Provide guidance and assistance to the HR team, management, and other personnel as needed. Supervise the hiring process for qualified job candidates, particularly for managerial, specialized, and expert positions. Work with division managers to determine the qualifications and abilities needed for open positions. Review policies and processes to ensure compliance with state and local employment laws, regulations. Handle disciplinary proceedings, terminations, and investigations involving employees. Oversee payroll processing and ensure timely disbursement of salaries. Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation. Additional work might be given as and when required. Design and manage employee benefits and rewards programs. Manage HR budgets and resources effectively.
