Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

  • Recruitment and onboarding: Post job listings, screen resumes, schedule interviews, conduct background checks, and help with new hire orientations.
  • Employee records: Maintain and update employee databases and records, and assist with payroll data.
  • Administrative support: File HR documents, respond to employee inquiries about policies and benefits, and provide general administrative assistance to the HR department.
  • Policy and reporting: Help in the creation and update of HR policies and assist with preparing reports or presentations.
  • Employee engagement: Support the planning and coordination of employee events and training programs.

Qualifications And Skills

Education: Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software is often a plus.
