Job Description

Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
Maintain and update HR databases, employee records, and documentation.

Support onboarding processes and help new joiners integrate smoothly into the organization.

Assist in drafting HR communications, offer letters, and other documentation.
Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and HR events.
Provide administrative support to the HR team in day-to-day operations.
Work on special projects as assigned related to talent acquisition, employer branding, or HR analytics.
