Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Screen resumes and application forms.
• Assist in the execution of recruitment plans.
• Identify suitable candidates for open positions.
• Assist with record-keeping and administration tasks related to recruitment processes.
• Network with educational institutions and utilize social media platforms to attract candidates.
• Work on recruitment & talent acquisition for all positions, along with onboarding.
• Understand and plan talent requirements at various levels.
• Maintain employee records and analysis.
• Organize & provide training and development programs for employees.
• Ensure the company's rules & regulations adherence by employees.
• Promote equality and health & safety amongst employees.
• Educate and create awareness amongst company employees on HR Policies.
• Understand and source various requirements for the office.
• Work on vendor management and troubleshooting.
