Job Description

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

Assist with recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, and scheduling interviews
Support the onboarding process for new hires and maintain employee records
Help coordinate employee engagement initiatives and events
Assist in updating HR databases and filing systems
Support HR team with administrative tasks such as preparing HR documents, reports, and presentations
Help maintain HR compliance and contribute to process improvements
Conduct basic research on HR best practices and trends
Collaborate with various teams to facilitate smooth HR workflows

Qualifications

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fieldStrong organizational and communication skillsHigh level of discretion and confidentialityProficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environmentPositive attitude and teamwork mindset
