Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

Talent sourcing: Finding and attracting candidates through job portals like LinkedIn, Naukri, and social media.
Screening and shortlisting: Reviewing resumes to assess qualifications and select suitable profiles.
Interview coordination: Scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring managers and communicating with both parties.
Database management: Maintaining and updating recruitment databases and candidate profiles, often using software like Google Sheets or applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Job posting: Drafting and posting job descriptions on various online platforms.
Onboarding support: Assisting with offer letters and new hire paperwork.
Reference checks: Conducting background and employment verification.
