Human Resources (HR) Internship

As an intern at Eduminatti, a Dehradun-based startup, your day-to-day responsibilities will include updating internal databases with new employee information, such as contact details and employment forms. You will be screening resumes and application forms, scheduling and confirming interviews with candidates, and managing job ads on various platforms like job boards, careers pages, and social networks. Additionally, you will be preparing HR-related reports as required, such as training budgets by department. You will also be responsible for addressing employee queries regarding benefits, such as the number of remaining vacation days, and reviewing and distributing company policies in both digital formats and hard copies.
