Role Overview

We are currently hiring a dynamic and motivated HR Recruiter\Executive to join our team. This position involves sourcing and recruiting talent, through company-provided leads. Preference will be given to female candidates who demonstrate strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and recruit candidates using leads provided by the company
• Manage and update candidate information and activities in the CRM system
• Execute recruitment strategies to attract high-quality talent
• Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates for fit and qualification
• Address candidate inquiries and recommend appropriate solutions
• Initiate contact and build relationships with potential candidates
• Follow up via phone, email, and social platforms to nurture leads
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activity
  

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's or Master’s degree from a recognized institution
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication in English
• Tech Skills: Familiarity with CRM systems and recruitment tools
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to build rapport and maintain relationships
• Motivation: Self-driven, target-focused, and team-oriented
