Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers.
• Partner with business teams to understand role requirements and hiring priorities.
• Source candidates through various platforms — job portals, social media, networking, and referrals.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Coordinate interview schedules and feedback between candidates and panels.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Support employer branding initiatives and participate in hiring drives or campus placements.
• Track key recruitment metrics (TAT, offer-to-join ratio, etc.) to improve efficiency.
