Human Resources (HR) Executive

The main responsibilities associated with this role include identifying and attracting suitable candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media platforms, and employee referrals. You will be responsible for reviewing resumes and conducting preliminary telephonic interviews to evaluate candidate suitability. Additionally, you will play a key role in scheduling and managing interviews while maintaining clear communication with hiring managers and candidates. Your involvement in the onboarding process, including orientation sessions and managing HR documentation, will be crucial. Furthermore, you will be expected to keep employee records up-to-date in Google Sheets and internal HR systems. Supporting employee engagement initiatives, contributing to internal communications, administering employee feedback surveys, and compiling responses into actionable reports are also part of the job responsibilities. Organizing performance records, supporting appraisal documentation, and follow-ups will be essential tasks in this role. Collaborating with the HR team to efficiently execute daily operational tasks and staying informed on emerging HR trends to integrate best practices for improving HR processes are also expected.
