Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Generalist located in Chennai. The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for supporting HR functions such as HR management, HR policies, and employee benefits. Daily tasks will include maintaining employee records, handling benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. The role also involves providing guidance on HR-related issues and facilitating a positive workplace environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
• End to End recruitment process
• Experience with HR Policies and Employee Benefits administration
• Strong knowledge of Benefits Administration
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and on-site in Chennai
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
