Role Description

This is a full-time Human Resources Generalist role located on-site in Chennai. The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for managing HR functions including HR policies, employee benefits, and benefits administration. Daily tasks will involve implementing HR strategies and managing employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, and maintaining HR records. The role will also include ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Qualifications

• Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
• Experience in developing and implementing HR Policies
• Knowledge of Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Relevant HR certifications are a plus
