Job Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment process – sourcing, screening, scheduling, and onboarding candidates.
• Understand manpower requirements and coordinate with department heads for hiring needs.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other professional networks.
• Conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews to assess candidates’ suitability.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely closure of positions.
• Assist in employee joining formalities and documentation.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for future requirements.
• Coordinate with candidates for offer release and joining confirmation.

Key Skills Required:

• Strong verbal & written

  communication skills

  (mandatory).
• Knowledge of recruitment methods, job portals, and networking platforms.
• Good understanding of screening and interviewing techniques.
• Ability to handle multiple requirements within deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Qualifications:

• Any Graduate / MBA in HR preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in

  recruitment
