Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Executive. The position is based in Tirupur. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, implementing HR policies, maintaining employee relations, and ensuring effective HR management. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing recruitment processes, conducting employee onboarding and training, handling employee grievances, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in HR Management and HR Operations
• Proficiency in Employee Relations and HR Policies
• Core expertise in Human Resources (HR)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
• Experience in the water treatment or industrial sectors is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Language known : Hindi must
