Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Executive at our Jodhpur location. As a Human Resources Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing HR operations, implementing and maintaining HR policies, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company standards. Day-to-day activities include onboarding new employees, addressing employee concerns, supporting organizational development, and collaborating with management to maintain a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR Management and HR Operations
• Strong skills in Employee Relations and creating and maintaining a positive work environment
• Proficiency in developing, implementing, and enforcing HR policies
• Thorough understanding of Human Resources (HR) principles and best practices
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and foster collaboration within the organization
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the manufacturing or technology industry is a plus
