Role Overview: You will be a full-time Human Resources Executive at a newly launched cosmetic company in Lucknow. Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing HR management and operations, managing employee relations, implementing HR policies, recruiting, onboarding, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
