Human Resources Executive

As an enthusiastic HR Executive, you will have the opportunity to grow with us and play a key role in team building, managing people processes, and fostering a positive work culture. Your responsibilities will include managing end-to-end recruitment processes such as sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding. Additionally, you will assist in drafting HR policies, ensuring compliance, maintaining employee records, handling daily HR operations, supporting performance reviews, and organizing employee engagement activities to promote a collaborative and inclusive workplace culture. To excel in this role, you should possess at least 1 year of experience in HR, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational abilities, and the capability to multitask effectively. Familiarity with HR tools, recruitment platforms, and MS Office is essential. Being passionate about people, processes, and culture will be a significant advantage. This is a full-time position based in NX One, Greater Noida, with a work schedule of 6 days a week except for the 2nd and 4th Saturday. The salary range for this role is between 20,000 to 40,000 per month, depending on your skills and experience.
