Human Resources Executive Site Administrator

Job Title: HR Executive cum Site Administrator-Work from Office

Location: Whitefield, Bengaluru

Reports To: HR Manager / Site Head

We are looking for an experienced HR Executive cum Site Administrator with 2–4 years of experience in HR operations, compliance, and site administration. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing core HR functions, maintaining site-level facilities, and ensuring legal and policy compliance across HR and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes.
• Maintain employee records, manage HR documentation, and ensure proper payroll input coordination.
• Oversee site administration including facility management, vendor handling, and office maintenance.
• Ensure statutory and labor law compliance, maintaining required registers and documentation.
• Address and resolve employee grievances in a timely and policy-compliant manner.
• Support audits and inspections related to HR and administrative compliance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in HR operations and administrative management.
• Proficiency in MS Office, HRMS tools, and knowledge of payroll coordination.
• Strong understanding of labor laws and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
