Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Jodhpur. The Human Resources Executive will manage HR operations, develop and implement HR policies, and foster positive employee relations. Responsibilities include overseeing recruitment, employee onboarding, performance management, and ensuring compliance with labor laws, as well as supporting employee engagement and organizational development strategies.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in HR Management and HR Operations
• Proven experience in Employee Relations and developing HR Policies
• Comprehensive understanding of Human Resources practices and compliance
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and efficiently in an on-site setting
• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant field is preferred
