Key Responsibilities:

  1. Source candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks, & employee referrals.
  2. Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and schedule in-person interviews.
  3. Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and generate recruitment reports.
  4. Coordinate job offers, salary negotiations, and facilitate seamless onboarding.
  5. Conduct employee engagement activities to foster a positive workplace environment.
  6. Maintain employee attendance and assist with 

    monthly payroll

     processing.
  7. Ensure accurate documentation & handling of employee salary, reimbursements, & benefits.


Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field; MBA in HR preferred.
  2. 6 months to 3 years of experience in recruitment and HR operations.
  3. Familiarity with end-to-end recruitment processes.
  4. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  5. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  6. Proficiency in MS Office; experience with ATS or HRMS tools is a plus.
  7. High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical conduct.
