1. Manage attendance, leave, payroll processing, and salary administration for employees.
2. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as PF, ESIC, Gratuity Act etc.
3. Coordinate joining formalities and exit formalities for new joiners and outgoing employees.
4. Maintain accurate records of employee data and perform regular audits to ensure accuracy.
5. Handle generalist activities related to HR operations including recruitment documentation.
