Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive. The position is located in Surat. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for day-to-day HR management tasks such as overseeing HR operations, managing employee relations, developing and enforcing HR policies, and ensuring compliance with legal and organizational standards. The role involves coordinating recruitment processes, handling employee grievances, and implementing training and development programs.

• HR Management and HR Operations skills
• Experience in Employee Relations and HR Policies
• Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) practices
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and handle confidential information
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous experience in a similar role in the HR domain is beneficial
