Role Overview

Blockchain Developer

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy smart contracts on Ethereum / Polygon / BNB Chain
Implement and maintain blockchain nodes, APIs, and Web3 integrations
Collaborate with front-end and backend teams to build decentralized applications (dApps)
Ensure security, scalability, and performance of blockchain components
Research emerging technologies, token standards (ERC-20, ERC-721, ERC-1155), and DeFi protocols
Write clean, modular, and testable code following best practices

Required Skills

Solid understanding of
blockchain fundamentals, cryptography, and smart contracts
Hands-on experience with
Solidity, Web3.js / Ethers.js, and Node.js
Experience working with
Ethereum / Polygon / Binance Smart Chain
Familiarity with
IPFS, Hardhat, Truffle, and MetaMask integration
Strong grasp of REST APIs and backend logic
Proficiency in
Git / GitHub
, testing frameworks, and CI/CD pipelines
Problem-solving mindset and ability to work in a collaborative setup

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
Prior experience in
DeFi, NFT, or crypto payment systems
is a plus
Knowledge of
React.js / Flutter
integration for dApps is advantageous
