ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Helping with the onboarding & exit formalities.
• Inform and liaise with the candidate to sign the employment contract and to provide necessary documents.
• Managing employee data.
• Handling employee queries & employee engagement.
• Calendar preparation for employee engagement activities
• Helping hand in HR audit
• Keeping track of PF & ESIC Data.
• Overlooking employees bank details and updating time to time

• Leadership abilities
• Preferred experience: 1 to 2 years of relevant experience
• Location: Andheri East (Chakala), Mumbai
