About the Role

HR Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end

  internal hiring

  for roles such as Bench Sales, US IT Recruiters, and OPT Recruiters.
• Source, screen, and onboard candidates effectively while ensuring smooth recruitment processes.
• Utilize

  Ceipal ATS

  for tracking, sourcing, and managing recruitment pipelines.
• Handle

  HR operations

  including employee onboarding, documentation, payroll, and exit formalities using

  GreytHR

  or similar HRMS.
• Ensure compliance with

  US staffing policies, tax terms (W2, 1099, C2C)

  , and internal company guidelines.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and leadership teams to understand staffing needs.
• Maintain employee records, track attendance, and support HR functions like performance management and employee engagement.
• Provide guidance on HR policies, grievance handling, and employee relations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3 5 years of proven HR experience

  in

  US Staffing

  industry.
• Strong knowledge of

  internal hiring

  for Bench Sales, US IT, and OPT Recruiters.
• Hands-on experience with

  GreytHR

  and

  Ceipal ATS

  .
• Strong understanding of

  US Staffing processes, tax terms (W2, 1099, C2C), and compliance.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a staffing agency or IT consulting environment.
• Knowledge of HR compliance and US labor laws related to staffing.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
