About the Role We are seeking an experienced HR Executive with strong expertise in US Staffing . The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in internal hiring for Bench Sales Recruiters, US IT Recruiters, and OPT Recruiters . The candidate must also be proficient in HR operations, ATS systems, payroll, and compliance management . Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end internal hiring for roles such as Bench Sales, US IT Recruiters, and OPT Recruiters. Source, screen, and onboard candidates effectively while ensuring smooth recruitment processes. Utilize Ceipal ATS for tracking, sourcing, and managing recruitment pipelines. Handle HR operations including employee onboarding, documentation, payroll, and exit formalities using GreytHR or similar HRMS. Ensure compliance with US staffing policies, tax terms (W2, 1099, C2C) , and internal company guidelines. Collaborate with hiring managers and leadership teams to understand staffing needs. Maintain employee records, track attendance, and support HR functions like performance management and employee engagement. Provide guidance on HR policies, grievance handling, and employee relations. Required Skills & Qualifications 3 5 years of proven HR experience in US Staffing industry. Strong knowledge of internal hiring for Bench Sales, US IT, and OPT Recruiters. Hands-on experience with GreytHR and Ceipal ATS . Strong understanding of US Staffing processes, tax terms (W2, 1099, C2C), and compliance. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in a staffing agency or IT consulting environment. Knowledge of HR compliance and US labor laws related to staffing.
