Human Resources Executive

Role Description

We are seeking a Human Resources Executive for a full-time, on-site role located in Kozhikode. The Human Resources Executive will oversee daily HR operations, including managing employee relations, implementing HR policies, and ensuring compliance with company standards. This individual will collaborate with internal teams to create a positive workplace environment and play a key role in workforce planning, recruitment, and performance management.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in HR Management and Human Resources (HR) processes
• Proven knowledge and experience in HR Operations and HR Policies implementation
• Skills in managing Employee Relations and fostering a positive workplace culture
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
• Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the manufacturing sector is advantageous
