Human Resources Executive

You will be joining KALAHANU AUTOMOBILES PRIVATE LIMITED as a full-time Human Resources Executive based in Muzaffarpur. Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing HR operations, managing employee relations, formulating and executing HR policies, and ensuring adherence to employment laws and regulations. Your daily tasks will involve recruitment processes, onboarding new hires, implementing performance management strategies, and organizing activities to enhance employee engagement within the organization. To excel in this role, you should possess a solid background in HR Management and Operations, along with proficiency in Employee Relations and HR Policies. A thorough understanding of Human Resources practices is essential, coupled with excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with employees at all levels. Being physically present on-site in Muzaffarpur is a requirement for this position. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is mandatory. Prior experience in the automobile industry would be advantageous in fulfilling the duties of this role.,
