As an HR Executive at Godawari Harsh Construction Pvt. Ltd. / M/S DILIP KUMAR, your role will involve managing HR operations across project sites, ensuring smooth workforce management, compliance, and employee engagement. - Maintain employee documentation and verify with Manager HR. - Manage daily attendance records for site and office staff. - Handle recruitment & onboarding including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews. - Ensure compliance with labour laws and site-level statutory requirements. - Assist Manager HR in monthly HR reports and manpower planning. - Provide HR support in grievance handling, site workforce deployment, and training. To excel in this role, you should have: - MBA (HR) with 4-5 years of experience as HR Executive in the construction sector. - Strong knowledge of labour law compliance, site workforce management, and HRMS tools. - Proficiency in MS Excel & HR documentation. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team-working skills. - Ability to work in site-based environments and handle multi-site coordination.,
