Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive with 1-4yrs of experience for Hyderabad Location.The Human Resources Executive will manage Recruitemnt,HR operations, handle employee relations, develop and implement HR policies, and oversee various HR management tasks. The role also involves fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and laws.

Qualifications

• HR Management, HR Operations, and Human Resources (HR) skills
• Experience in developing and implementing HR Policies
• Strong Employee Relations skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and make informed decisions
• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry is a plus
