Designation: HR Executive - Payroll & Talent Acquisition 01 No. (3rd Party Contract BSA Corporation Ltd.)

We're looking for an HR Executive to join our Human Resources department. As an HR Executive, you'll be responsible for managing end-to-end payroll processing, talent acquisition, and HR operations. If you're passionate about HR and have expertise in payroll software, recruitment tools, and labour law compliance, we'd love to hear from you!

Job Responsibilities:

• Process payroll for 500+ employees, including salary calculations, attendance tracking, leave management, taxes, and benefits administration.
• Ensure accurate and timely salary payments, arrears and deductions.
• Reconcile payroll data with accounting systems and resolve discrepancies.
• Manage talent acquisition lifecycle: job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, onboarding, and explaining salary structures and negotiating offers.
• Maintain accurate employee records, ensure labour law compliance, and manage HR systems/software (e.g., HRMS, payroll software).
• Analyse HR metrics, prepare reports, and support employee engagement initiatives.

Requirements Skill:

• MBA in HR or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in payroll, recruitment, and HR operations.
• Proficiency in HR software (e.g., Adrenalin, PeopleSoft, Workday), MS Office, and recruitment tools (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn Talent Solutions).
• Knowledge of labour laws and regulations.
• Strong understanding of salary structures, benefits, and payroll processing.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
