If you've worked on the ground hiring frontline staff, onboarding new team members, managing payroll, and being the go-to HR person for store teams—you might be exactly who we're looking for.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end

  recruitment

  through portals and on-ground hiring (especially from other QSRs and hospitality outlets)
• Smooth and professional

  onboarding

  of new employees across stores
• Assist in managing

  payroll processes, attendance, and documentation

• Conduct

  weekly 1-on-1 check-ins

  with store staff in person (Chennai) and over Zoom (Bangalore)
• Work closely with operations and training teams to align hiring needs with store goals
• Maintain HR dashboards and help drive employee engagement

Must Have:

• 2+ years of

  HR experience in QSR or retail

  (only those with this background will be contacted)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple roles and timelines in a high-growth environment
