Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive, located in New Delhi. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, administering HR policies, handling employee relations, and overseeing various human resources tasks. They will also be involved in the daily HR management of the organization and ensuring a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• HR Management and HR Operations skills
• Experience in Employee Relations
• Knowledge of HR Policies and Human Resources procedures
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the non-profit sector is a plus
