Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Executive, located in Hyderabad. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, developing and implementing HR policies, maintaining employee relations, and overseeing various HR management tasks. The role includes providing support for the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, and fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Qualifications

• Expertise in HR Management and HR Operations
• Strong experience in handling Employee Relations and fostering a positive workplace culture
• Proficiency in developing and implementing HR Policies
• Solid understanding and experience in core functions of Human Resources (HR)
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Advanced knowledge of labor laws and regulations
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous professional experience in a similar role is an added advantage
