Your responsibilities will include: - Working on various tasks related to HR, benefits, sales, legal, and general administrative matters. - Overseeing and managing projects on behalf of the executive team. - Developing HR and administrative best practices, policies, and procedures across different teams. - Leading and building a professional HR organization. - Managing company risk, governance, and compliance. - Proactively driving the execution of HR programs related to enterprise talent offerings. - Providing advice and guidance to leaders on HR processes and programs. - Leveraging data insights to support talent strategy development. - Mentoring internal HR stakeholders and encouraging continuous learning. - Ensuring effective identification, measurement, and monitoring of risks associated with business activities. - Talent management including recruitment, development, and retention strategies. - Managing vendor and customer contracts. - Assisting in building and implementing systems for client retention. - Coordinating tasks with multiple teams. Qualifications: - 4 years of relevant work experience as a Human Resources Manager. - Experience in leading cross-functional teams or projects requiring collaboration and negotiation skills. - Ability to provide proactive recommendations to business problems. - Demonstrated experience leveraging data insights to influence stakeholder groups. - Strong organizational insights in enhancing programs or processes. - Proficiency in managing multiple priorities simultaneously. - Ability to build trust and relationships with diverse stakeholder groups.
