Human Resources Coordinator

As a Human Resources Coordinator at NXGEN in India, you will play a vital role in supporting HR functions with your approximately 2 years of experience in the field. Your strong understanding of local labor laws and HR best practices will be essential in ensuring the smooth operations of our team. Your key responsibilities will include handling recruitment processes such as sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees. You will be responsible for managing employee relations and day-to-day HR operations, as well as maintaining accurate records of attendance, working hours, and leave balances. Ensuring compliance with Indian labor laws and internal company policies will be a crucial part of your role, along with assisting in performance reviews and employee engagement initiatives. To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, along with around 2 years of experience in a Human Resources role. A good knowledge of recruitment processes and employee lifecycle management, as well as familiarity with Indian labor laws and regulations, will be beneficial. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to maintain confidentiality, and fluency in English are also necessary for success in this position. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Coimbatore, India.
