Job Role: L&D & OD


Learning & Development Initiatives:

  • Coordinate the Induction Program, ensuring smooth execution with internal trainers and new employees, maintaining attendance records, and gathering feedback.
  • Oversee and engage employees through the E-learning platform, driving various initiatives, tracking learning completions, ideating creative training methods, and ensuring timely updates of learning programs.
  • Support and facilitate the Individual Development Plan (IDP), collaborating with managers and employees to implement structured learning through e-learning and classroom sessions.
  • Contribute to Ideation & Planning, developing and executing new initiatives to foster a strong learning culture within the organization

Health & Wellness Initiatives:

  • Engage with wellness partners to drive meaningful health & wellness programs.
  • Innovate and implement creative wellness initiatives to enhance employee well-being.
  • Collaborate with internal inspirers to promote wellness campaigns and activities.
  • Organize and manage wellness drives, sessions, and initiatives, ensuring effective participation and execution.
  • Maintain accurate records related to wellness activities and employee engagement

Organizational Development:

  • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture through targeted initiatives that enhance employee morale and satisfaction.
  • Promote continuous learning through leadership training, mentorship programs, and skills enhancement workshops.
  • Implement policies and programs to support diversity and inclusion, fostering a collaborative and equitable work environment.
  • Conduct research to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
  • Develop initiatives such as team-building exercises, recognition programs, and employee feedback mechanisms to boost engagement and motivation
  • Establish transparent and efficient communication pathways to ensure clarity in organizational goals and expectations

Develop various communications to promote initiatives and campaigns and build awareness within the Exchange

Ensure proper record maintenance for all programs


Experience: 3 to 5 years of relevant Experience.
