We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic HR leader to join our organization as an HRBP Lead. This role will be instrumental in shaping people strategy, leadership engagement, and HR initiatives that drive business growth and position the company as an Employer of Choice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR leadership, talent management, and organizational effectiveness within fast-paced and high-growth environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • HR Strategy & Business Partnership:

    Work closely with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business goals.
  • People Engagement & Culture Building:

    Design and implement employee engagement programs to foster a high-performance and inclusive work culture.
  • Talent Development & Leadership Growth:

    Lead succession planning, leadership development, and career progression initiatives.
  • Organizational Effectiveness & Change Management:

    Develop strategies to enhance workforce productivity and support business transformation.
  • HR Compliance & Best Practices:

    Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and industry standards.

Requirement:

  • 15 to 20 years of HR experience, with a strong focus on HR Business Partnering, Talent Strategy, and Leadership Development.
  • Proven ability to lead HR initiatives in fast-paced, high-growth companies.
  • Strong expertise in employee engagement, talent management, and organizational development.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Ability to drive HR transformation and scale people initiatives in a growing organization.

Preferred:

  • Experience in technology, consulting, startup, and product-based environments is a plus.
  • MBA/PG in HR or related field.
