Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)

As an HR Manager at our organization, you will play a vital role in leading our talent acquisition efforts and shaping our workplace culture. Your primary focus will be on developing effective hiring strategies, fostering employee engagement, and ensuring HR best practices are implemented across the organization. By collaborating with the leadership team, you will understand our workforce needs and drive initiatives to maintain a positive and inclusive workplace environment. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies to meet our hiring goals, overseeing the full-cycle recruitment process, maintaining a strong employer brand, and promoting initiatives to enhance culture and workplace satisfaction. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with employment laws and studio policies, managing employee relations and conflict resolution, as well as partnering with senior leadership on workforce planning and HR initiatives. To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field, along with proven experience as an HR Manager or Talent Acquisition Manager. Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruitment, employer branding strategies, and HR best practices is essential, as well as excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills. You should also be adept at building and maintaining relationships with candidates, employees, and leadership teams, and have a good understanding of labor laws and hiring practices. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities will be key to success in this role.,
