Role Description

As an HR Executive at Wellness Extract, you will manage recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and employee documentation. This role ensures a smooth process for new hires and departing employees while maintaining accurate HR records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment:

  Source, screen, and interview candidates. Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and extend job offers to selected candidates.

• Onboarding:

  Ensure a smooth onboarding process, including preparing offer letters, collecting necessary documents, and conducting orientation to help new hires integrate seamlessly.

• Offboarding:

  Manage the exit process, including conducting exit interviews, processing final settlements, and completing offboarding paperwork.

• Employee Documentation:

  Maintain up-to-date HR records, ensuring compliance with internal policies and legal regulations.

• HR Support:

  Assist with employee benefits, address day-to-day HR queries, and ensure employees are informed of company policies.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience

  in HR, recruitment, or a similar role.

• Bachelor’s degree

  in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Ability to work onsite in Ambala.

• Proficiency with HRMS and documentation management.
