The role of Human Resources Assistant at our company based in Raipur is a full-time, on-site position. As a Human Resources Assistant, your primary responsibility will be to support daily HR operations. This includes tasks such as updating employee records, coordinating training sessions, administering benefits, managing HRIS, and providing assistance with various HR management duties when required. To excel in this role, you should have experience in Human Resources and HR Management. Proficiency with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) is essential, along with skills in Benefits Administration. Previous experience in organizing and coordinating training sessions will be beneficial. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities are key qualities we are looking for in a candidate. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are also important for effective communication within the HR team and with employees. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required to be considered for this position.
